Aaron, Angela, Brady, and Makenzie
Aaron is our equipment, vehicle, and trailer maintenance manager. His targeted responsibilities include preventative maintenance, repairs and parts inventory management. He shares responsibilities with Eric for daily work planning.
Aaron graduated from Center Grove High School and has taken welding, metal fabricating, mechanical and business management classes at Ivy Tech in Indianapolis.
Aaron’s wife, Angela (Dugger) has an associate degree in radiology from Ivy Tech. Angela is a radiology technician at the IU Medical Center in Indianapolis. She provides various farm support activities as needed.
Aaron and Angela were blessed with a baby boy on March 30, 2008. Brady Spencer Richards is “all boy” since he has a John Deere pedal tractor in his room and loves daddy’s big tractors. September 14, 2011, Brady welcomed new little sister Makenzie to the family.
Aaron, Angela and the kids live in Greenwood, IN with their boxer puppies, Archie and Annie.
