Eric, Cathy, Addison, and Piper
Eric’s targeted responsibilities as Operations manager include daily work planning, procurement, and grain sales.
Eric has an associate degree in business administration from the University of Indianapolis. Additionally, Eric holds an Indiana real estate salesperson license and Indiana chemical applicator license. Eric’s targeted responsibilities are in operations. He has also managed the accounting, procurement and administration of the business and currently shares responsibilities with Aaron for daily work planning.
Eric’s wife Cathy (Shrum), graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. degree in marketing and logistics. Cathy works for Lee Associates offering commercial real estate services and also has her real estate salesperson’s license. Cathy provides marketing promotions support to the farm.
Addison, since her arrival December 28, 2006, has brought much joy and needed balance between work and family. She loves her pink John Deere teddy pig! Addison is excited about starting kindergarten next year. On December 12, 2011 Piper Erin was born during the big snow storm.
Eric, Cathy and the girls reside in Greenwood, IN.
