Rob Richards

Rob Richards is our General Manager and also responsible for HR, payroll, and assists with landowner relations and public relations.

Rob (Dad) graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Mathematics and a M.S. in Mathematics Education from Indiana University. After teaching math and coaching high school football for three years, he went into the telecom industry and enjoyed a 28 year career. Rob has returned to the farm to participate in our growth.

Marianna has a B.S. degree in journalism from Indiana University and an M.S. degree in journalism from Ball State University. She was an English teacher for 25 years and is currently the Director – School and Community Relations for Hamilton Southeastern Schools in Fishers, IN. Marianna is our PR lead and has developed our newsletters, brochures, stationary and business cards.

Rob and Marianna live  in Bargersville with their Brittany Spaniel’s “Sadie” and “Coco”.  Grandad (Rob), Grandma (Marianna) and the dogs love having the grandkids over to play!
